Account Recovery

Given the sensitivity of the data you have stored with us, we are ultra cautious that our account reset flow is safe, so we have two step process where both you and another user in your community need to approve the reset.

Select forgot password from the login screen

Step 2 of 7

Enter your account email address, so we can send an email to verify your account.

Step 3 of 7

Verify your account ownership by clicking on the link in the email.

Step 4 of 7

Enter the email address of one of your contacts in AssetPass. We recommend you contact the user before hand so they know the request is coming.

Step 5 of 7

The contact from point 4, will either reject or approve your password reset. If rejected the flow has to be restarted from step 1.

Once approved you will receive an email, with a link to reset your password.

Step 7 of 7

Once you password has been reset and you've logged in, your archives need to be restored. Each of the users in your community will support the recovery of your archives.
