Account Deletion
While we’ll be disappointed to see you go, deleting your account is secured with a 2 step process, as described below. This action can only be performed in our mobile app, so is not available on our website.
Prior to deletion please ensure you have saved your important documents.
Step 1 of 3
In the profile screen in the mobile application, at the bottom you'll see the option to delete you account.
Step 2 of 3
Once you click that you'll see a confirmation screen.
3. Once you click “Delete”
1. We will log you out.
2. We will send an email to your registered email account. In the email you need to click the link to validate the deletion of the account on our website.
Once you have completed the steps above your account with us is deleted. Please ensure you manage your subscription in your device App Store.
