Archive Release

When the time is right your trustees ensure the safe and secure delivery of your archives.

The process to release archives has been defined for simplicity, but retains the very best of security. At no stage are trustees able to see the contents of the archives.

The release flow is as follows:

Step 1 of 4

Request Release: The initiating trustee requests the release of the app from the trustee screen in the app. This is verified by a biometric check.

Step 2 of 4

Owner or Controlling trustee Approval: The owner is notified of the release request. They can either approval or reject the release. If the owner does not respond within 30 days the controlling trustees are notified and they can decided on behalf of the owner to approve or reject the archive release.

Step 3 of 4

Release approval: On approval, the initiating trustee releases the archive to the recipient.

Step 4 of 4

Recipient: The recipient is invited to the app, registers, accepts the archive and can view the contents.
